The HPCA engaged in an activity to raise awareness and funds to support the development of hospice and palliative care on October 09, 2009, with the theme “Discovering your Voice”.
HPCA in collaboration with North West Hospices commemorated the day with an awareness march conducted by the SAPS brass band form Matlosana Hospice to Klerksdorp Town Hall where the draft MOU was presented to the Deputy Director of health, Dr. Molefi Sefularo.
