Antiretroviral therapy (ART), HIV counseling and testing, Medical male circumcision, Cervical cancer prevention, Human resource development, Performance and quality improvement, and Strengthening monitoring and evaluation capacity in PMTCT programs.

This position provides overall managerial, programmatic, and technical leadership through oversight for all programs implemented by the country office.
